Credit card decline issue - What do I do if my credit card is declined and I know I have funds available?

Visa/MC gives the option to card issuing banks to decline or accept gambling transactions. If you hold a credit card issued by either the Bank of America, CitiCorp, First Boston, First National, CapitalOne, Chase Manhattan, or MBNA you may be declined by our credit card processor regardless of whether you have sufficient funds available. If this is the case, you will be able to alternatively use Prepaid Debit Card by Swiftbanx, ATM Online or Click2Pay. All of these options are described here.
