What withdrawal options are available?
To request a withdrawal, log into your account and select the "Withdraw" button.
Payouts are processed every Tuesday. Withdrawal requests must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST Monday in order to be processed on Tuesday. Withdrawal requests received after the deadline will be processed the following week.
All accounts must have a correct valid contact phone number listed in their account information. Use of an invalid phone number is grounds for forfeiture of any and all winnings. Contact information can be corrected via the 'Profile' option after login.
If you have made Credit Card deposits, please note that due to the new Visa and MasterCard rules we will no longer be able to issue credit backs to credit card accounts. This new Visa and MasterCard rule applies to all online Casino's and Bingo sites. This being the case all customers must send a Credit Card Authorization Form along with a copy of a valid picture ID and a copy of the credit card used to fund their account before we can process any redemption requests. A request will be sent by accounting department to the email address registered to your account.
