The rules and regulations set forth below form an agreement between World Wide VegasTM
Casino and its members. Please read the following carefully. Note that these
rules are subject to change from time to time. Therefore, it is recommended
that they be reviewed periodically. NOTE: We also recommend printing out the
rules and all financial transaction data (available in Purchases Report via
the Help Desk) in order to avoid misconceptions and issues at a later time.
Standard House Rules
By registering and wagering with the World Wide VegasTM Casino you indicate your full acceptance and understanding of the following rules. "The casino" in the following text refers to the World Wide VegasTM Casino.
- All persons using the casino must be of at least 18 years of age and not from an unsupported country (click here for list).
- Laws regarding gambling vary throughout the world, and it is the responsibility of the player to ensure that they understand and fully comply with any laws or regulations relevant to themselves in their own country. Visa and Mastercard specify that cardholders may not use their credit cards for illegal purposes.
- Personal identity and details of all members will remain confidential. The casino will not report any wagering information on behalf of any member, regardless of circumstance.
- All casino members are allowed to have one account. Any winnings in duplicate accounts shall be void. The information on your casino account must match the information provided for deposits to the associated account. In the event that the information does not match, all winnings in that account shall be void.
- Members are responsible for their account transactions and should keep their account information confidential. Members should not allow any person, other than they, to use their account, access and/or use any materials or information from the casino, accept any prize or participate in the game. Should a member give away, share, or lose his account number and/or password, the casino will not be held liable for any claims regarding that account.
- The casino management reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager. Furthermore, management will monitor all wagers and account transactions. All wagers are final once accepted. In the event of a game malfunction, or use of the website in a way not intended by the design, all related wagers are considered null and void, and account will be returned to its beginning balance (the account balance prior to current wagering activity).
- All wagers must be placed using the graphic user interface (GUI) provided by this casino on it's website. Additionally, only one game session at a time is allowed per account. Any non-compliance with this rules, including the use of any electronic gambling aides, is strictly forbidden. In the event that non-compliance is determined, management reserves the right to void all such wagers retroactively, cancel the player's account, and/or take any other appropriate action.
- Returns/Refund Policy. Users always have access to their funds. At anytime they can request a "payout" for the bank balance they have in their account. This can be done from the players area (post account login). Bonus funds are not subject to this rule. Minimum "payout" requirement is $20. If a user cancels the account, all cash funds (except for bonus money) will be returned. User cannot request a "payout" for compensation/bonus funds. Only winnings or deposited funds can be returned to players.
- Management reserves the right to refuse or close any account at their sole discretion.
- All rules and regulations contained herein are subject to change without prior notice.
Members of the casino fully understand, agree to become party to, and agree to abide by all the rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein.
The World Wide VegasTM Casino does not support some Countries such as Eastern European countries, Russia, Indonesia, Thailand, some South American Countires, and African Countries with the exception of South Africa. The casino reserves the right to revise this list at their discretion. Accounts from these countries will be disabled.
