The rules and regulations set forth below form an agreement between World Wide VegasTM Casino and its members. Please read the following carefully. Note that these rules are subject to change from time to time. Therefore, it is recommended that they be reviewed periodically. NOTE: We also recommend printing out the rules and all financial transaction data (available in Purchases Report via the Help Desk) in order to avoid misconceptions and issues at a later time.
Bonus Program Rules
Terms: UPDATED 11/12/2007
Pending Bonus – Bonus money that has not been earned based on the play
through requirements and is not available for wagering.
Awarded Bonus - Amount that is available for wagering according to the following rules.
Please note the overall account balance is allocated into two categories: banking
(deposits and winnings) and bonus. Our system will always use the banking balance
before the bonus balance. Only the banking balance will be available for withdrawals.
1. Play Through Requirements are as follows:
i. When receiving bonuses 40% or less, a player must wager the deposit plus
associated bonus amount TWENTY FIVE (25) times, to qualify for the bonus.
ii. For bonuses greater than 41% to a 100% they must wager the deposit plus associated
bonus amount THIRTY FIVE (35) times (craps and roulette wagers are not included)
to qualify for the bonus.
iii. When receiving bonuses greater than 100% they must wager the deposit plus associated bonus amount SIXTY FIVE (65) times (craps and roulette wagers are not included) to qualify for the bonus.
2. Any withdrawal request made prior to having met wagering requirements will;
a. Result in automatic loss of any unqualified bonus in the account, and
b.Withdrawal requests for winnings resulting from bonus money wagers before
meeting these requirements will be declined, and
c. Unqualified bonus money used after a withdrawal request will be deducted
from the withdrawal. For example, a $100 withdrawal is requested leaving $25
in unqualified bonus money in the account. If bonus money is then used for
additional play, it will be deducted from the withdrawal request. Hence only
$75 will be approved in this example. Note rule b. for winnings based on unqualified
bonus money.
3. At the discretion of the casino, accounts that have repeat deposits and
corresponding withdrawal requests placed, with the intent to abuse the bonus
program, will have the bonus money plus the casino costs deducted from any pending
payouts, and the bonus function disabled for their account. Repeat offenders
will be deactivated.
Note: Bonus qualification is verified manually by our accounting staff during
payout processing. For the example above, if the player were to request a withdrawal
for $100 before qualifying for the bonus, and play with the $10 bonus that remains
in the account, any resulting winnings will be null and void.
4. Unless otherwise noted, the maximum bonus is capped at $500 per day.
